Amanda & Wyatt ages 17 & 13

Wyatt loves to much so he has to be reminded to put the book away and go to sleep. He doesn't like contention and wants everyone to get along.
These two would like to be together and be loved!

Breonna age 12
Breonna can seem shy and quiet initially but will flourish in a home where she can feel safe and loved unconditionally.
Nicholas age 11
Nicholas likes to write, enjoys pets and a variety of other activities.

Wisconsin has updated their website for their waiting children making it more user friendly.
Take a peek and see all the sweeties in their state!

As I have been looking around the web at various state sites I have discovered that some states have many Heart Galleries for waiting children. California is a good example of this. I type in some county names followed by the words "heart gallery" and I find a new heart galleries I hadn't seen before and children that I haven't seen on other CA sites. So my tip this week is to start with your own state and type in county names and see who has heart galleries or list of "waiting children".
I hope this makes sense. Feel free to email me with questions.
Remember to be proactive.
Advise from Kathy Searle (The Utah Director of Programs for The Adoption Exchange)"If you have made an inquiry follow up with the agency about 4 weeks later. They should be able to give the worker a little nudge or give you information that the case worker didn't have time to get to you. Please please please don't give up our waiting children are depending upon you."To read more of what Kathy had to say from this post go here. Please keep me posted. :)
