On Saturday I went to a yummy Pampered Chef Lunch. The Pampered Chef Consultant made us tasty taco soup and a yummy chocolate brownie cup dessert. I had no idea the desserts real name....all I knew was I had found this Monday's Family Home Evening Treat! The Pampered Chef used mini muffin tins and some really cool gadgets to help her made this treat....but I don't own those handy dandy items so I did it my own way.
I didn't have any boxed mixes at home to use so I decided to make brownies from scratch using

(I LOVE their blog....I think I gain pounds just looking at the screen).
I had to tweek the brownie recipe because I didn't have unsweetened chocolate squares so I went here to learn how to use Cocoa Powder instead.
When the batter was ready I spooned it into regular sized muffin tins and baked them at 350 for 15 minutes. After they had cooled slightly I took the back of my ice cream scooper and pressed into the middle of the brownie cake to make a cup shape.
After they were cooled completely I mixed 1 cup milk, 1 box of chocolate pudding and 1 tub of cool whip together and then put it in a frosting bag so I could pipe out creamy frosting into the cup and have it look pretty. I added a slice of strawberry on the top and presto.....
