Caleb is a darling little 9 year old boy who needs a special family.
This family needs to be the following:
1. LDS (Active Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.)

2. Understand and have experience with: Bi-Polar, ADHD, OCD, ODD, Intermittent Explosive Disorder and Attachment Issues.
3. He would do better in a family where he is the youngest by a bit, without a sister close in age.
