Another week down and I am still at a stand still. I am still trying to recover from illness....still taking naps and eating cold foods. My throat is still so sore. I go see a doctor again today. I am a few ounces up but nothing big. I am looking forward to getting better and be able to get moving.
Hope you are having better luck with this than I am.
