-40 by my 40th

Another week has gone by...I am 2 pounds down (or maybe more like 1and 1/2 pounds.).  It has nice to be able to exercise again.
How did your week go?
I found an awesome article about exercise I thought I would share.

I hope you all have an successful week!    This is the hardest part for me...motivation.  We are heading to Disneyland in the not too distant future so this is my motivation for the next 10 pounds.
What are you doing to stay motivated?

Finally feeling better which means I have my appetite back. up 1 pound but exercised 3 times this week which is better than 0 the last month. planning on exercising tomorrow and going to a hike, if weather permits,on Saturday. thanks for keeping me accountable :)

my motivation is knowing that we are going to have family pictures with my side of the family sometime in April/May. I would like to look good in just one family photo.
