Bully at School

This is a question out to any educator who happens to read my blog.
If we have already gone to the teacher twice and the principal once just last week and we are still having daily problems....where do I go now???
I am going to talk to the teacher and principal again tomorrow morning.
I would like this kid out of class....is this something I can request?

And believe it or not...this is Kindergarten we are talking about.

Help!

I would guess it is your right to not have your child hurt...it would be sad if they have to move YOUR child because of some other kid...hopefully they will move the bully.

I'm surprised that it's being taken (what sounds like) quite lightly when most schools employ strict no-bullying policies. I sure hope it works out well! It's so hard as a mom! Good Luck.

I've been dealing with the same thing except mine is in 4rth grade and I have gotten some action on part of the school. The first thing I did was e-mail both the principal and teacher giving details of the incidents that had been taking place over the last few months. Then I gave them a day to investigate and had a parent/ principal teacher conference the next day. Make sure as you talk to them that you use the word Bully. E-mail so you have documented what you talked to them about. I would demand that your child is kept safe by moving one of the two children. I would go to the principal once more and then go to the district. Unless your child is special needs that would be the super intendant. (sorry even though I'm a teacher I can't spell) good luck

I just dealt with one with Jessi! I went to the school secretary, Susan Vanderhauf (?), because I've know her since she was in our ward before it split. Anyway, I emailed once to the teacher and nothing happened. Then I went in to talk to Susan and she put an abrupt stop to it (in school suspencion..haha)! If it's still going on, go to Alpine School district. I know they are having a hard time with the principal and vice principal of EVES... I couldn't imagine why! :) If that doesn't work, go to the police! Good luck!!!
