I Count! My Journey to a Better Me.

Struggling to stay motivated!
That pretty much says it all.
I haven't been counting my calories...I need to get back on track with that.
I have been exercising regularly.....I don't miss a day unless it is Sunday and I did miss the day I had a yucky This week I haven't lost and I haven't gained.
230...6 pounds lighter but stuck.
I need to feed my mind with thoughts of success.  So I am going to try to read some success stories everyday to remind myself that I can do this.
While this doesn't show up on the scale....I am feeling better.  I feel stronger and even though I haven't been counting my calories I am still eating less and better than I was before but I know I need to count in order to lose.
I have been working on this for 24 days....I was hoping to lose 12 pounds in 30 days....that is obviously not going to happen but I am going to focus on what has happened and I am heading the right direction.  I just need to stay focused!

We can encourage each other. :)
I just started Weight Watchers 3 weeks ago and I've had several moments where it was too hard, or I was too hungry, but I've tried to really commit to this weight loss so I keep struggling forward.

I have a few friends on fb, and they are a lot of my motivation. One will post they are finally down another pound or two and it seems to be what I need to go on.

I just started a weight loss blog http://savannah-myweightlossjourney.blogspot.com/, feel free to check in and read my many rants. ;) I'll also try to be good about leaving you encouraging words.

I think its awesome you are feeling stronger. I have not been very good with the exercise, so I'm not there yet, but I just started out a new routine and hopefully it helps me get better. Good luck!

It takes 6 weeks to make a new habit so keep going. It is hard and it will get easier but you are at a really difficult place right now. Don't give up and just keep trying to make healthier choices each day and you'll see the difference! Remember how good the first 6 pounds felt and the next 6 will feel even better!!!!

I needed a CASH motivator. Try to get a group together for a biggest loser competition. ($50 each x 10 people is a good new wardrobe or a weekend away.) It did the trick for me. Our was 12 weeks long and by then I had set into place everything I needed to keep going.

I know you can do it! Look at all that you have overcome in your life already. Your life is full of successes and this will be another one!

I know how you feel. I have been working on it for 6 weeks...and it has been the hardest 6 weeks ever. I threw my scale away, because I got sooo frustrated with the number that it was showing. My BFF has lost 75 pounds the past year...she is my motivation!!
