Each week I check Spence-Chapin website to see what new situations they have listed. This little baby has been waiting for a family since Jan of this year. He is a beautiful baby boy. While he has many challenges ahead, having a family to help him meet those challenges gives him the best chance for a happy life.

I kept getting drawn back to this little man.. the first time I read his profile I said a firm "no" and then after a while it turned into a "lets submit our profile ams see what happens" But we haven't heard anything
