I Count! My Journey to a Better Me.

I think I have found the perfect tool to help me in my battle to lose weight....
"Just Dance"  game on Wii!
I LOVE it!
So my daily workout looks like this:
Bike 15 minutes on 5-7 difficulty (which is way up from my 3 I used when I started)
15-25 minutes on Just Dance
15 minutes strengthening stretches
I feel like I have finally found the right combination for me!
I have been playing around with this system for the past week but haven't hit it everyday.
I am going to hit it hard this week.  My goal is to follow this new system everyday except Sunday.
I am also setting the goal of eating salad's for lunch each day.  I love salad and when I eat them regularly I start dropping weight. 
So water, salads and my workout will be my focus.

Do you use the Just Dance on Wii too?   
I would love to hear which songs you love to use for exercise. 
I have three favorites:  "U Can't Touch This", "Pump Up The Jam" & "Wannabe".  
Makes me feel like I am 17 again. :)

Love Just Dance 2. My boys bought it for Christmas for me. It's a great way for me to exercise while bonding with my teenage boys.
